District Parents Advisory Council

If you are able and are interested in learning more about the role of PACs, please join us Thursday, May 18 from 6-8 pm for a workshop from BCCPAC.

Learn about the PAC’s role and key elements. This session will include relevant information about the School Act, Constitution & Bylaws, Governance, Effective Meetings, Elections and a brief overview of Financials.

First meeting of this school year is Tuesday, September 29th, 6:00pm. Details are being finalized and will be posted as quickly as possible.

Everyone is welcome –  you do not need to be a member of a PAC to attend!!  Come discuss education with SD83 DPAC! Please let us know if you will require child care. If we have 24 hours notice, we are happy to provide someone to mind your children during the meeting.

We feel moving our meeting locations throughout School District 83 is important! If your school PAC would like to host a DPAC meeting please contact us and let us know!

We are recruiting for new members to join the DPAC Executive so we may continue being a strong voice for parents and kids.
